We have provided services on a range of office developments including a major new build for Greater Manchester Police, Wharncliffe Systems’ HQ building at Tankersley and a major refurbishment in historic listed building in Manchester city centre for Savills Commercial.

Industrial

Industrial projects undertaken have ranged from new build glass plants for Rockware to block manufacturing plants for Plasmor.

We have also worked on more specialist project including supports for vibrating machinery and silos.

Retail

We recently undertook a major structural alteration project to facilitate the redevelopment of Primark’s Warrington store.

Other retail projects include new build and refurbishment projects for clients and end users such as Asda, Tesco, CBRE, UBS Triton, Morrisons and Franky & Benny’s.

Residential

In the residential field we have undertaken, at one end of the spectrum, work for private householders and, at the other, have provided full consultancy services on multi-storey housing, low rise private housing, major student accommodation developments and hotels.

Infrastructure

In-house experience includes a number of bus stations, a rail depot building for Bombardier, work on dockyards and offshore structures.

Our services also include design work for adoptable highways and drainage and we have undertaken diversion work on major sewers.
